Ideally located, the property opens onto a vast 6-hectare public park, formerly owned by the Puzenat family, famous industrialists from Burgundy. The park is home to majestic century-old trees (Judas tree, magnolia, giant sequoia, ginkgo biloba, cedar, etc.) and peaceful fallow deer.

Bordered by the Greenway and connected to EuroVelo 6 as well as the Grand Tour of the Massif Central, this gîte is an ideal starting point for discovering the region.
