Set in the outbuilding of an authentic 19th-century château, this rural cottage, nestled within a small and intimate courtyard, enjoys a calm and rejuvenating setting. Ideally located, the property opens onto a vast 6-hectare public park, formerly the estate of the Puzenat family, famous Burgundian industrialists.
The park is home to majestic century-old trees (Judas tree, magnolia, giant sequoia, ginkgo biloba, cedar…) and peaceful fallow deer roam freely there. Running alongside the Greenway and connected to EuroVelo 6 as well as the Grand Tour du Massif Central, the cottage is an ideal starting point for exploring the region.
